KNISELY Jan Perry, MD, cherished father of Lauren Knisely and Katie (Matthew Coon) Knisely, loving friend of Sharon Gallagher, cherished brother of Geoffrey (Jan Carney) Knisely, Patricia (Paul) Post and Kit (Jeff Rogers) Knisely, devoted son of Anne M. Knisely and the late Earl Perry Knisely, passed away in his home on Friday, April 8th at the age of 58. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, April 12 from 4-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) and again on Wednesday, April 13 from 9AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial 10AM St. Columbian School, 896 Oakland Rd. Dr. Knisely was a partner with Anesthesia Group Practice, Cincinnati Pain Management, and Warren Country Physicians Associates. He has practiced at Bethesda Hospital since 1980. He was a graduate of Columbus Academy, Denison University, and The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He was an Eagle Scout as well as a Scout Master in Grove City and Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a lifelong Buckeye and Bengals fan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, P Box 633597 (45263-3597).
