Dear Bonnie.....Nancy and I have talked about you and Gary so many times since learning of his passing last month, and especially after I reached you by telephone. We reminisced about some great memories I have of a true friend. I will never forget him. He sponsored my membership in the Sugar Hill Gun Club; we hunted together there many times; and we also fished off Seattle. His upbeat personality never changed, and he was uplifting to everyone who knew him well. It's hard to believe he's not here. I will miss him. May God Bless you, Bonnie, and we'll call you whenever we visit Cincinnati. Earl and Nancy

Mrs. Feil, My name is Pat Rouff and I worked as a secretary in one of the PS&D Sales Department Division Offices from 1973-1980 under your husband's leadership. I live in Dayton now and planned to be at the memorial service except the snow/ice prevented me from making that drive. I would have liked to have been there. Mr. Feil was a very fair and understanding manager. He really related well with his employees and it was an honor to have worked in his organization. I recall the three managers I worked for who reported directly to Mr. Feil stating what insight he had to deal with any problem that arose. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I pray he didn't suffer. Do take care. Fondly, Pat Rouff

Dear Feil family, I am a friend of Kim - one of the St. Louis Thanksgiving group. Please know that my husband and I have been praying through this past year for Mr. Feil and your family. Having lost both of my parents in the last two years, I know somewhat of the grief and the sense of passage that will descend on you. Therefore, Ed and I shall now continue to pray for the family in the coming months of this new year. From hearing Kim tell us about her father, it became quickly evident he was a remarkable man and father. From reading the obituary, it further cemented the fact that he led an exemplary life. Please know we shall be praying for you all.

Dear Bonnie, We have so many wonderful memories of Gary:he was friend, colleague, and the consummate pro where sales were concerned. Who else could have managed all the business pressures with such skill and good humour. It was a privilege to work with him. You were certainly a big part of all that-- truly a great couple. May the Lord bless you in the days ahead. Marvin and Eva Womack

Gary was a great guy and a good friend. I enjoyed his poker playing, some said he was always lucky because he seemed to win every time. I think it was because he was a very good player,as Kenny Rogers sang " He knew when to hold them and he knew when to fold them". I miss his signing " Sunrise-Sunset" when he dealt, he was a good player but a terrible singer. If there is anything we can do please let us know.

I was Gary Feil's secretary in the late 60's/early 70's. He promoted me to a management position, the first woman in PS&D sales. It changed my career and my life and P&G became my "home" for 34 years. I have many memories of my time working with him. I lost my father five days before Christmas in 1996 so I understand the deeper feelings of loss for his family. My sincere condolences to all of you.

While working with Gary in General Sales, he was always there to help me and everyone else. A real asset to P&G. His kindness will always be appreciated and remembered.

Saddened to learn of the passing of my good friend Gary. Over the years, he made many contributions to P&G but more important he contributed to the growth and development of numerous P&G employees. Gary was truly one of the 'good guys' and he will be missed.
