I had the honor of meeting and getting to know Earl as part of the work I did as a negotiator of labor contracts. He worked with me for many years off and on as a Federal Mediator. I always knew that I would get a fair settlement when Earl became involved because he not only had the respect of labor but management as well. I often laughed with him saying he had the patience of Job. I retired in 2014 and the last time I saw Earl was at my retirement lunch. I regret not staying in contact with him. He was one of the kindest people that I have known.His sense of humor and laugh will be remembered along with his genuine personality and big smile. I extend my prayers and deepest sympathy to Pam, his family and all those who love him.
