Harold lived believing that if you have received much, you should give in proportion.
His ethics, hard work and success in business resulted in an ability to give much to community causes dedicated to service to others in return. Churches, schools, hospice, hospitals, fire and police departments, breast cancer organizations and ordinary people he encountered in his daily community interactions were among the many beneficiaries of his quiet and unassuming generosity.
Harold was an engaged benefactor knowing the purpose and operations of his beneficiaries and their missions to help others, thereby leveraging his investment and its positive impact.
By any and every measure, Harold was a shining but unassuming PILLAR OF THE COMMUNITY.
