My condolences to the whole Perkins family but especially to Philip (and Sue), Paul (and Jeannine), and Alison (and Sonya). I have incredibly wonderful memories of Mrs. Perkins (aka - "Scoop" nick named by our brother Glenn for her work on the Madisonville Messenger and Mr. Perkins aka "the Cardinal" for his short wave radio call sign) I'm sure all of the Leever siblings have amazingly vivid memories of visits to the Perkins and Fobes' houses and loved getting the "Scoop" on all doings Madisonville but most especially Madisonville UMC!! What a great lady and what a great life. Wow, 96 years of greatness! Wish I could be there in person but I am there in spirit. Much Love!
