My sympathy and prayers are with the Millers and Schitters. I only met Bill a handful of times, but I know his youngest daughter and her family well. Bill always struck me as a kind, handy, proud man. The fact that he raised a daughter who is a tremendously loyal and generous friend speaks volumes of his character. May he rest in peace.
