I am so sorry for your loss. In 1973 Earl hired me as an area manager, at the Cincinnati Post, which began a long and successful career in the newspaper business, retiring as Publisher from a large group of suburban newspapers. Had Earl not given me this opportunity, it would have been a wonderful career missed. It was an honor and a privilege to have known him.
