My Husband Charlie Ames had been friends with Mary and John for many years, done all of there Auto repair, He loved there children ,Julie and Jack,I became friends with mary after Charlie and I got married in 1963, my husband loved marys cooking, he always managed to eat there a couple times a week.and sometimes she would bake him a cake to bring home.after I lost Charlie, I moved to Indiana, she was my last friend i got to write to and send cards to, I miss so much getting her letters and cards,I felt so bad that I was not notified she had passed, but i know she would understand.I think of Julie all the time, she is a dear lady, and always in my prayers, Miss you Mary beth.
