To the Rice Family, It was sad to hear of Ron's passing. I was hired by Ron in 1968 at the Indianapolis Dairy and worked in the Dairy Division under his guidence for 20 years. He was a respected leader and expected all who worked for him to do their best. My sympathy and prayers go out to all the family. Chuck Smith
