Regina was my first friend and neighbor when I moved to Cincinnati. We spoke daily and she helped me find my way around the Dillonvale and Deer Park area. Regina was a constant source of friendship and support that sustained me and I will never forget her kindness. Rest in Peace, dear friend. Love, Elaine Hinz
