This was without question the primary family occasion of the year throughout the childhood of all of us cousins which really united us as brothers and sisters, a connection which sustains till today. Who can forget Grandma Irene's sugar powder cookies,not to be eaten before dinner but were anyway. Audrey and Betty singing "Sisters" followed by Aaron and Jim singing the same in drag.
