I wish to express my deepest condolences to the Ferrell family on the passing of Mary. She and Earl were two of the sweetest people anyone could hope to meet. I always enjoyed it when they would come to Portsmouth and visit with my brother and sister-in-law, David and Norma Ratcliff; and of course your Uncle David would be there. I can honestly say that the Ferrell family were the sweetest people anyone could hope to meet. My heart feels very heavy and sad with the news of Mary's passing. I was last able to see Mary and Denise at my sister-in-law, Norma Ratcliff's funeral. May God ease your pain over the loss of your loved one. I'm sure she is in heaven with Earl and Mary Elizabeth. God Bless, Greg Ratcliff

To The Parsley Family (Doug~Laura~Monica~Jacalyn): May these words be a comfort to you as your mother/grandmother is remembered: Every mother has the breathtaking privilege of sharing with God in the creation of new life. She helps bring into existence a soul that will endure for all eternity.(James Keller) In the heavens above, the angels, whispering to one another, can find, among their burning terms of love, none so devotional as that of a mother.(Edgar Allen Poe) Our deepest sympathy and prayers, ~The Royer Family

Our heartfelt condolences reach out to each of you on the passing of your wonderful mother. I have so many fold memories of her throughout the years, she was always so gentle and loving - someone you genuinely wanted to spend time with. Through the years, Scott and I grew to love and cherish the Ferrell family, and we have truly felt a part of it. Thank you for allowing us into your lives and being so kind to us always. May God Bless you all, and may you have peace knowing she's now in some pretty great company...

Dear Denise, Doug, Dave, Danny and Donna and family as well as Uncle Charlie, Uncle Dave and Aunt Jo, Our hearts and prayers to our Lord Jesus go out to you at this very sad time of the loss of your dear sweet mother, our Aunt Mary. There are not enough words I can say about how I felt about your Mom. So many wonderful memories flood my mind as the tears stream down my face. This is the part of life (which I know the Lord tells us about) that is so hard. We are blessed to have had, and still have such wonderful parents, aunts, uncles and cousins, and it so very hard to say goodbye. But we are so thankful for the promise of God that we, who know HIM will see our loved ones again. And we look forward to that day, but until then we know God has called to remain here for a purpose. And so we wait and live out HIS will. We had so many good times there in Ohio-I remember your Dad taking us to the firestation and then to get ice cream! And your Mom always had such a beautiful smile on her sweet face. And such a sweet, kind spirit as well. I thought about her at Church yesterday morning, and a smile came over my face as I looked up, picturing she and my beautiful Mom holding hands as young girls and frolicking down the streets of gold. No, we here on Earth will never be the same again, but we will go on, with the help of the Lord... This scripture really helped me when my Mom went home to the Lord. It is Psalm 90. God's Blessings to you all and may you all feel His Peace, and all of the prayers of those who love you. Love, Dianne and Joe & Joseph
