To The Cartwright Family, I worked for Jim at Allis Chalmers when he was the International Sales Manager back in the late 70's. I was 19 when I started working at AC and after a couple of years and a couple of different positions, Jim interviewed me and then offered me the job. It was a learning experience and Jim was great. Very patient and easy to work for. However, after I made him a few cups of coffee, he said he would just make is own - another area that I didn't have alot of experience. He did teach me alot and it was where I got the foundation to build my career. I went on the become a Vice President for an international software company. Please accept my condoleces for your loss.
