April 16, 2014. Age 78. Visitation will be Monday April 21, 2014 from 9:30AM until time of mass of christian burial 12 noon all at St. Margaret of Cortona 6000 Murray Ave. (45227). The family asks that all memorials please be made to Tri-State Parkinson Wellness Center 260 Stetson St. Suite 2300 Cincinnati Oh, 45267.
