Betty Jane (nee Calder), Passed away in the care of Vitas Hospice on November 3, 2013 at the age of 87. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years Wilfred E. Meinzen. Betty and Wil were owners of Silverton Hardware and were active members of the former Cincinnati Club and loved traveling to see their family. Betty is the beloved mother of Janet (John) Kovacs, Donald (Jeannie) Meinzen and Joyce (Mark) Massaro, dear grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 5. Visitation will be Wednesday November 6th from 4pm until time of the funeral service at 6:30pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 7701 Kenwood Rd. (45236). The family asks that memorials please be made to either Good Shephard Lutheran Church or Syrian Shrine Transport Fund 9730 Reading Rd. Cincinnati Oh, 45249, or Vitas Hospice 11500 Northlake dr. #400 Cincinnati Oh, 45249. Thomas-Justin Memorial serving the family.
