Floyd loved to welcome new persons, disciple new believers and encourage longtime followers of his Lord, through the Wednesday Bible study he led at Mt Repose Church. Floyd, as a retired Marine, administered Ken’s oath of office to return to active duty as a Military Navy Chaplain. We thank the Lord for Floyd’s life and steadfast service to our Country and to our Lord. We pray comfort and blessings for Judy and to their family. Love (Pastor) Ken & Trina Slaughter
Floyd was always happy and smiling. I enjoyed listening to stories that he used to tell always funny. He was a very active member of Reidsville Christian Church.
