Obituary of Trey Holt

HOLT Timothy “Trey”, son of Tim Holt and Natalie Hill, was born on September 3, 1994. Trey was an alum of Lakota High West High School, graduating in 2013. He was a chef at P.F. Changs for several years, where he was appreciated for his hard work and dedication. Trey loved working on his car and motorcycle and aspired to go to school to be a welder. His two other loves were hiking with his dog, Kaya, and fishing. Trey was a true friend to those who knew him, and he was always there for his family. Trey is survived by his parents, his sister, Taylor Holt, his brother, Shaun Uphus and the late Shane Uphus, his grandparents John and Elizbeth Holt, and Dorothy and the late James Hill. He is also survived by 11 aunts and 11 uncles and numerous cousins. Trey had a heart of gold and a striking smile that could light up any room. His humorous and positive nature will live on in our hearts and memories Trey passed away on Thursday, April 22nd at the age of 26. His family will have a visitation on Thursday, April 29th from 8:00-9:30AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM at St. Saviour Rossmoyne, 4136 Myrtle Ave. (45236). Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
