PITTMAN Robert “Jack”, beloved husband of nearly 53 years to Sandra Phillips, cherished father Alan (Kimberly) Pittman and David (Bridget) Pittman, devoted grandfather of Kallie, Scott, Samantha, Owen, and Gavin. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear brother of Peggy Pittman-Imhoff, and the late Nancee Ponder. Jack was a graduate of Sycamore High School in 1965, then joined the US Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. He went to work for the Cincinnati Fire Department as a firefighter and paramedic and retired after 27 years of service. He also ran with Sycamore, Blue Ash-Montgomery, Rossmoyne and Montgomery Community and Fairfield Fire Depts. Jack was a wonderful husband, fantastic father, and terrific friend. Because of his dedication to help others, his wife and children all decided to join Fire/EMS profession. He enjoyed going to his cottage in Michigan, fishing and shooting. Jack passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 16th at the age of 74. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24th from 3:30-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Due to COVID restrictions on attendance, we ask that you please park in the parking lot of the funeral home and call 513-791-5353. We will put your name and number in your party on a list and call you as soon as we are able to get you in. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience.
