Obituary of LaMargaret Bobbitt

BOBBITT LaMargaret (nee Pinson), beloved wife of 64 years of the late Lejoe Holmes Bobbitt, devoted mother of Joe Edward (Nancy Neu) Bobbitt, Barbara Anne Bobbitt, and the late Bianne Lee Bobbitt. Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth Whitney Bobbitt and Curran Alexander Bobbitt and great-grandmother to Piper Olivia Bobbitt. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fitzhugh Lee and Lorene (nee Quinn) Pinson, and her much loved brothers, Gordon L. Pinson and Quinn R. Pinson. LaMargaret passed away on Saturday, December 26th at the age of 90, in her home in Indian Hill. LaMargaret was born in Trezevant, TN. She spent her formative years there surrounded by friends and family. She was a proud graduate of Bethel University, McKenzie, TN. She taught third grade in Trezevant until moving to Cincinnati in 1957. She was a long time and active member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where she taught at the nursery school for many years. In part, due to Covid protocols, a graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 2nd at Hopewell Cemetery in Gleason, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
