He was such a kind, genuine, loving, always had a smile on his face even when he was in pain. I loved visiting with him and inviting him to Activities at Twin Lakes. He loved getting snacks especially chocolates and his diet cokes. I realized after reading his obituary he was so much more than a Senator. He was so humble. I loved his personality and sense of humor. What a wonderful sweet man. I will truly miss him and his smile every time I walk into apartment 208 on Hannaford Ct. Sometimes special people come into your life and find a special place in your heart. Mike is certainly one of them. I feel so privileged to have known him. Fly high Senator Mike.
