We at Christ Community Church just loved Jack. He would walk up the hill to our church and we would be amazed at his energy. He would allow us to drive him back home at times, but usually he walked. He had many stories--beautiful stories of his family and his beloved home back in Kentucky. I believe he told me he talked to a neighbor back there every week. He often spoke of Jay who was able to drive him to different places. He told us of the many gifts the family showered him with. Covid didn't allow us to see him on his 90th b.d. I'm sure it was a celebration. Peace to all of you, and may God bring you comfort. Judy Meranda, Sr.
