A buddy has his guitar tuned down a half step and went to heiaver strings, 13 s instead of 11 s. What would I gain from doing this to a Floyd Rose and would it even be worth it? Would it even be noticible sound wise or would turnig the bass up on my amp give a better tone that's easier on the fingers ?
