I am so sorry to hear the news of Noel's passing. I went to high school with Mike and Noel.
My first memory of Noel was when I met her in my 10th grade speech class. She was kind enough to be a "plant" in the audience that I called on during my speech! Mike, I remember when the two of you started dating. You were so excited. I remember you talking about her when we were working at Ruttgers resort. Who knew that it was the beginning of a beautiful, loving relationship that would become a marriage of many years? You two were the best match!
I am sorry that we lost touch, but I was always interested to hear how you two were doing. My father would fill me in when he got news from Noel's parents, who lived across the street from his tree farm.
I am so impressed by everything Noel accomplished. I knew she was a high achiever back in high school. I am happy to see that she achieved the success she deserved and that the world benefited so much from her talent.
I am happy that you two found each other early in life. She was the sweetest person and it looks like you two made many years of great memories. Still, it should have been more. Mike, my heart goes out to you, as well as all her family and friends. Staci and I send our deepest sympathies. I hope your memories will provide some comfort at this time.
