Dear brother of Marilyn Mitchell, Johnny Whitney, Anthony Whitney, Debrah Blaind, special cousin of Alice Netter. Raised and loved by his late parents Robert and Texanna Mooney.
Funeral service was March 26, 2020 11AM at the Thomas-Justin Funeral Home, 4418 Whetsel Ave. Interment was then held at Laurel Cemetery presided by Bishop Charles Smith.
