Susan was my first manager at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. As a new library employee I enjoyed working with her and learning from her. She was more than a boss. I remember attending a Tony Bennett concert with her many years ago. Our seats were taken by someone with counterfeit tickets! Extra folding chairs were set up for them next to us. My condolences to Susan’s family.
