Obituary of Jacob Howard Baker

Jacob H., beloved son of Kelly (Tim Cavins) Hosbrook and John (Julie Higgins) Baker, loving brother of Billy (Heather) Baker, Benjamen Baker, Tara (Pat) Sand, Tara Campbell and Chad Campbell, cherished grandson of Mike and Sherry Weigle, Wilbur and Maggie Hosbrook, and John and Darlene Baker. Devoted uncle of several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his sophisticated canine, Boe Baker. Jacob died on Wednesday, June 21st at the age of 21. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 27th from 3-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 28th at 10AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd. (45236).  In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to The Jacob Howard Baker Fund at any PNC Bank.
