Obituary of Charles Randall Singer

Charles Randall Singer, “Randy,” passed away on February 23, 2025 after a long illness, at the age of 72. He was born on January 24, 1953, and lived in Madisonville most of his life. Randy is survived by his brother Michael and his sister-in-law Connie, as well as several nieces and nephews. Randy received his Masters of Education from Northern Kentucky University and taught for many years, first at St. Francis DeSales in Waln ut Hills then at Maple Dale Elementary in Sycamore. Randy was a creative and accomplished musician and was known for the wonderful music productions he put on with his students over the years as a music teacher. Randy was also the music director at St. Anthony Church in Madisonville for many years, and he will always be cherished for the “joyful noise” he made with the choir and the parishioners during that time. A memorial service celebrating Randy's life will be held at the Eastminster Presbyterian Church 4600 Erie Ave in Madisonville March 9, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
